Setup Process
Step 1. In Omnisend, go to → Apps → Search for "Instant Section & Page Builder" → Click Connect Now.
Ensure both the Instant and Omnisend App embeds are turned ON in the Shopify admin.
Step 2. Mark the connection steps as completed and continue to add the app.
Step 3. Choose a template in the Instant App (Shopify admin) or use Figma import to design your page or section.
Step 4. To embed an Omnisend form: Open the Insert panel → Go to Elements → Apps → Drag and drop the Omnisend widget.
Step 5. Enter your Omnisend embedded form's ID in the form ID field.
Step 6. Once added, the integration with Omnisend is enabled automatically. You can now collect subscribers via Omnisend forms on your Instant pages.
That's it! Once the page is published, the form will capture customer input simultaneously to the Shopify and Omnisend audiences.
What Data is Passed
Thanks to the direct integration with Instant pages, any contact property field added to the form will be captured by Omnisend.
