The Swym Wishlist Plus app lets shoppers save their favorite products in Wishlists and Save For Later lists, and sends automated reminders and alerts via Email or SMS for items they’ve shown interest in, helping turn intent into action.
With the Swym Wishlist Plus and Omnisend integration, you can trigger targeted email campaigns based on stock-related behaviors, such as signing up for back-in-stock alerts.

Before You Begin
Please note that to use this integration, you must have a Wishlist Plus Starter Plan or higher.
Setup Process
Step 1. Create an API Key. In Omnisend, go to → Apps → Search for "Swym Wishlist Plus" → Click on "Connect Now" → Copy an API Key.

Step 2. Install the Swym Wishlist Plus app from the Shopify App Store in your Shopify admin.
Step 3. Go to your Shopify admin and open Wishlist Plus.
Go to → Integrations → Find Omnisend among other integrations → Click Connect and authorize the connection between Omnisend and Wishlist Plus.
Step 4. Paste the Omnisend API key → save → click on Configure Triggers & Events.
Step 5. Choose from a list of Alerts and Reminders supported by the Swym Wishlist Plus app based on your requirements.
Step 6. In Omnisend, check the box to confirm that all steps are complete and then confirm the changes.
And that's it! Omnisend is now integrated with Swym Wishlist Plus!
What Data is Passed
Here's the list of the events along with their descriptions that Swym Wishlist Plus passes to Omnisend:

Please note that custom events will not appear immediately after the app is installed. To appear in the automation's trigger dropdown, you must either wait for contacts to trigger them or manually trigger them and ensure they are enabled in Swym Wishlist Plus.

Note! The Swym-authEmail event allows you to send the Swym authentication email through Omnisend. However, keep in mind that the authentication email is sent only to customers who register as guests after adding a product to their Wishlist.
Additionally, if a customer has authenticated their email, it does not necessarily mean that they've subscribed. That's why emails collected through the guest Wishlist are synced to Omnisend with a non-subscribed status. To include the authentication link in your Swym-authEmail email, use the ValidateURI property.
