Written by Chaymae

Use the Campaigns page to find, filter, review, and manage your campaigns. The page includes List and Calendar views.

In this article, you’ll learn how to navigate both views, review your campaigns, and apply available campaign actions.

💡 For information about creating a campaign, see Create and Send Email Campaigns. For delivery and scheduling options, see Schedule Your Campaigns.

Open the Campaigns Page

Step 1. Go to Campaigns in the left-side menu.

Step 2. At the top of the page, select the view you prefer:

  • List: Search for campaigns, filter them, and select campaigns to apply actions in bulk.

  • Calendar: Review campaigns by date and time, open campaign previews, and plan future campaigns.

You can use the campaign type and status filters in either view to narrow the campaigns shown.

Use List View

List view displays campaign information, including:

  • Campaign name

  • Campaign type

  • Status

  • Date

  • Sent

  • Open rate

  • Click rate

  • Revenue

💡 Some metrics may show a dash when the campaign has not been sent.

In List view, you can:

  • Search for a campaign: Enter a campaign name in the Search campaigns field.

  • Filter campaigns: Use the filters at the top of the page to filter campaigns by:

    • Campaign type, such as Email, Email A/B test, SMS, or Push notification.

    • Campaign status, such as Draft, Scheduled, Sent, On hold, Paused, or Error.

  • Select campaigns: Select the checkbox next to one or more campaigns to apply available bulk actions. See Apply Campaign Actions below for more information.

Use Calendar View

Calendar view shows campaigns by date and time in your brand’s time zone.

Switch Between Month and Week Views

Select:

  • Month to review campaigns across a full month.

  • Week to review campaigns by day and time.

Use the arrow buttons to move between dates. Select Today to return to the current date.

Filter Campaigns in Calendar View

Calendar view includes the same campaign type and status filters as List view. Your selected filters remain active when you switch between List and Calendar views.

Show All Campaigns for a Day

Calendar view displays one campaign per day by default. Turn on Show all to display every campaign for each day.

View Campaign Details

Click a campaign in Calendar view to open its preview panel. The panel shows:

  • Campaign details on the left.

  • A content preview on the right.

  • Actions available for the selected campaign.

💡 To create a Campaign from Calendar view, click an empty future time slot to start creating a campaign scheduled for that date and time.

Change the First Day of the Week

  1. Click the Settings icon in Calendar view.

  2. Select the first day of the week.

  3. Click Save.

Note: Sunday is selected by default.

Apply Campaign Actions

You can access campaign actions from either view:

  • List view: Click the three-dot menu next to the campaign.

  • Calendar view: Click the campaign to open its preview panel, then select Actions.

The actions available depend on the campaign’s status. Depending on the campaign, you may be able to apply the following actions:

  • Edit (Draft campaigns only): Open the campaign editor and continue working on the campaign.

  • Restore to drafts (Scheduled campaigns only): Return the campaign to Draft status so you can change its content or settings before scheduling it again. Learn how to Schedule Campaigns.

  • Cancel (Email Campaigns with Started or Sending status only): Stop emails that have not yet been sent. Emails already handed off to the delivery system cannot be stopped. SMS and Push Campaigns cannot be canceled after sending starts. Learn how to cancel a Campaign That Started Sending.

  • View report (Sent Email Campaigns only): Open the campaign’s performance report.

  • Preview (Sent and Scheduled Campaigns only): Review the campaign content without opening the campaign editor.

  • Copy: Create a copy of the campaign.

  • Copy to another store: Copy the campaign to another Omnisend store. Learn how to Copy Campaigns Between Omnisend Accounts.

  • Delete: Delete the campaign. To delete a scheduled campaign, restore it to drafts first if the Delete action is not shown.

  • Boost campaign (Sent Email Campaigns only): Create a booster for an already sent email campaign. Campaign Booster may be available for up to 46 hours after the original campaign was sent. Learn how to Use Campaign Booster.
