How It Works
Charm connects to Omnisend using an API key. After the connection is completed, Charm sends selected loyalty events to Omnisend.
Setup Process
Step 1. In Omnisend, go to Apps → search for Charm Loyalty & Rewards → click Connect now → Copy API Key.
Step 2. In your Shopify admin, go to Apps → Charm Loyalty & Rewards → Settings → Manage integrations.
Select Omnisend and paste the copied API key into the Omnisend API key field → click Connect Omnisend.
Step 3. Access Emails in Charm's app and enable the events you want to send to Omnisend:
Step 4. In Omnisend, check the box confirming that I have completed all the steps → click Confirm.

Yes. If a custom event is triggered for a contact that does not exist, it's created in Omnisend.
Which events can I send to Omnisend?
You can enable loyalty program, referral, and affiliate events, including points earned, rewards redeemed, referrals completed, and affiliate payment updates.
What should I check if events don’t arrive in Omnisend?
Check that:
You copied the correct API key.
The integration shows as connected.
The required events are enabled.
If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the app.
