BLOY Loyalty Rewards is a loyalty and rewards app for Shopify. The Omnisend integration synchronizes BLOY contact profiles and loyalty activity with Omnisend. You can then create segments and set up email automations based on that data.
Before You Begin
You need a paid BLOY plan to connect an integration.
Setup Process
Step 1. In Omnisend, go to Apps, search for BLOY, click Connect now, and click Copy API Key.
Step 2. In your Shopify admin, open BLOY Loyalty Rewards and click Integrations.
Step 3. Find Omnisend, click Integrate, turn on the Omnisend integration toggle, paste the API key into the API key field, and click Connect.
Step 4. In Omnisend, check the box that I have completed all the steps and click Confirm.

What should I check if data from BLOY doesn’t appear in Omnisend?
Check that:
You have a paid plan in BLOY.
You pasted the correct Omnisend API key in the API key field and clicked Connect.
If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the app.
