The View in Browser link lets recipients open the email as a web page on Omnisend servers. This ensures they can see the full content even if their email client blocks images or HTML.

Note: The 'View in Browser' link works only in Email Campaigns, not Automation.

Why Use the View in Browser Link?

Use the View in Browser link to:

  • Ensure recipients can view the full email even if images or HTML are blocked.

  • Preserve the intended design and formatting in a browser view.

  • Reduce confusion caused by broken or incomplete email rendering.

Add a View in Browser to Your Email

The link is added automatically to the Preheader content block. To add it to your email:

  1. Go to Add Elements → Drag and drop the Preheader item.

  2. To customize it, click the Preheader Content Block in your email editor. In the settings panel, update:

    • Link text (e.g., "View online").

    • Alignment (left, center, right).

    • Font, color, and size.

Note: The View in Browser link won't work in test emails. To test it, send an actual campaign to yourself.
