Quizell is a 3rd party app that allows you to easily build quizzes to guide the sales journey. Quizell's smart quizzes use the buyer’s responses to match them with best-fit products. Increase sales and engagement, generate more leads, decrease returns, and maximize customer satisfaction.
Benefits
With the Quizell app, you can create quizzes and embed them on your website. Thanks to the integration between Quizell and Omnisend, all the contact data that your customers will provide will be passed to Omnisend.
Setup Process
Firstly, create an API key. To do this click on your brand name in the top right corner -> Store settings:
Click on the 'API keys' section:
Then click the 'Create API Key' button:
Enter the name of your API key, keep default settings and click 'Save':
Copy the API key you've created and go to your Quizell app account -> edit the Quiz you want to integrate with Omnisend (if you don't have one yet, you need to create a Quiz first):
In the Quizell settings, go to the Integrate tab and click the "View integration" next to Omnisend integration:
In the new window, click "Connect" and paste the Omnisend API key and hit save:
Once it's done, go to the Quizell page in our App Market. Then click 'Connect now':
Confirm that all the steps have been completed:
Now enable wanted quizzes at Omnisend Integration:
That's it! All the new leads collected by your Quiz will be passed to Omnisend.
Note! If you have multiple quizzes and you want to pass contacts from all of them, you'll need to go through this process for each Quiz.
Also, make sure to disable sending and updating data in Shopify profiles.
What data is passed
Whenever a new lead is collected by your Quizell quiz, it's passed to Omnisend with these properties:
Email (subscribed);
Phone (subscribed);
First name;
Tag 'quizell';
Quiz answers will be synced as custom properties respectfully.
If you don't collect phone and first name, they won't be passed.
Leads collected with a quiz prior to enabling the integration won't be synced to Omnisend.
Send automated emails to Quizell leads
To send automated emails to Quizell contacts create a segment based on your 'quizell' tag:
Once the segment is created, create an automation workflow based on Contact enters a segment trigger, and select your segment as trigger filter.
