Vitals is an all-in-one Shopify app with 40+ features, including product reviews, wishlists, loyalty programs, and conversion tools. Connect it to Omnisend to sync product review submissions and trigger automated thank-you emails when customers leave reviews.
Setup Process
Step 1. In Omnisend, go to Apps → Search for "Vitals" → Click "Connect Now" → Copy the API Key.
Step 2. In your Vitals account, go to My Vitals → Integrations → Paste the API key into the field next to the Omnisend integration → Click Connect.
Step 3. In Omnisend, check the box confirming all steps are complete → Click "Confirm".
The integration is now complete. Vitals will send product review data to Omnisend as custom events when customers submit reviews.
Setting Up Automation Workflows
You can use this custom event to set up an Automation Workflow and send an email confirmation to customers who submit new reviews. Automation would be based on custom events. For more information on these automations and custom events, please see our article here.
Note: If the review is submitted by a contact that hasn't been in the Omnisend audience yet, it'll be added with a non-subscribed status. Otherwise, contact will remain with the same subscription status.
