The Reports section in Omnisend is where you monitor your store's performance and track the impact of your marketing. Each tab covers a specific area, from revenue and campaign results to form performance and email deliverability.
Use the sections below to navigate to the tab that matches what you want to measure.
Related Features
Each tab in the Reports section has a dedicated guide with full details. Use the links below to go directly to what you need:
Sales Tab
The Sales tab shows the revenue generated by your store and the contribution of your Omnisend marketing activity.
Customize Your View
Before reviewing your sales data, you can adjust how it's displayed using the controls in the top-right corner of the tab.
Revenue or Orders
Use the Revenue/Orders dropdown to switch between two views:
Revenue – displays total store revenue, broken down by From Omnisend and Not from Omnisend.
Orders – displays total store orders, broken down by From Omnisend and Not from Omnisend.
Date Range
Use the date range dropdown to filter data by a specific period, such as a preset period (last 7, 30, or 90 days; this or last week, month, or year) or a custom date range.
Granularity
Use the granularity dropdown to control how data is grouped on the graph, either weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly.
⚠️ All three filters apply to the entire Sales page, not individual sections. When you select a date range, Omnisend compares it to the same-length period immediately before. Hover over any comparison number to see the exact timeframe.
Attribution Date
By default, revenue and orders are attributed to the date the message was sent. To change this, click the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top-right corner and select your preferred method:
Message sent date
Placed order date
⚠️ This setting applies to Sales Reports, Dashboard Overview, and Products Reports. Changing it in one place updates it everywhere. Campaign and Automation reports always use the message sent date.

Campaigns: Revenue from email, SMS, or Push campaigns.
Workflows: Revenue from all automations.
Performance Graph: Compare revenue trends across campaigns and automation, helping you compare and evaluate their contribution.

Channel Performance
This section answers the question: Which channels are driving the most revenue?
Revenue is broken down by channel (Email, SMS, and Push).
Use the Performance Graph to visualize channel-specific trends over time.
Sent SMS Cost is the total amount spent on sending SMS campaigns and automation, plus a breakdown by campaigns and automation. Note that the sent SMS cost is tracked and reported only in USD, regardless of your store's currency.
