Migrating your product reviews from Omnisend to other platforms is a seamless process that ensures your valuable customer feedback continues to enhance your store's credibility and trustworthiness.
This guide provides step-by-step instructions on exporting your reviews from Omnisend and importing them into your chosen review platform.
Before You Begin
To make the migration process as smooth as possible, Omnisend offers several export format options designed to match the import templates of popular review platforms. Here's what you need to know before you start:
Choose a format that matches your target app. When exporting your reviews, you’ll be asked to select a platform-specific format (e.g., Judge.me, Loox, Yotpo). We recommend selecting the format that best aligns with where you plan to import the reviews.
Loox and Yotpo don't have dedicated import templates. While Judge.me accepts its own template, platforms like Loox and Yotpo do not offer dedicated import templates. In these cases:
For Loox: You can choose the Judge.me file format and use the “Other” option when importing into Loox.
For Yotpo: You can choose either the Judge.me or Yotpo file format and use the “Other” option when importing into Yotpo.
If you're unsure which app you'll use. Select the “no specific format needed” option. This will export a generic CSV file with the same structure used in Omnisend’s import template. This file includes essential review data like product, reviewer name, review content, and rating. However, you may need to manually adjust the columns depending on the platform you later choose.
