Here is how you can integrate Re:amaze with Omnisend:
To connect Omnisend, you’ll first need to log into your Re:amaze account and click on “Settings” then on “Apps”. Select “Omnisend” from the list of apps available and connect your Omnisend account to a specific brand in your Re:amaze account.
On the next step, you’ll be asked to enter your Omnisend API key, which can be found in your Omnisend account. Simply click on the link provided to access your key.
Please create a new API key for Re:amaze and copy the key itself.
Once you enter your API key and save your credentials, you’ll see a green confirmation message like the one below.
Before proceeding, please make sure your Omnisend account is connected to your eCommerce store account, such as Shopify, Shopify Plus, BigCommerce, or WooCommerce account.
From now on, contact info from Omnisend will be shown in Re:amaze conversation window.
When the data is synced from Omnisend to Re:amaze? Once the customer reaches out to you via one of the channels in Re:amaze, data from Omnisend is synced and shown in your Re:amaze account.
What data is pulled from Omnisend to Re:amaze? All the contact details (name, last name, address, country, etc.), custom properties with values, and tags.
