Unlock influencer marketing automated workflows within Omnisend. Use data synced from Gatsby to personalize your emails.

Go to the Omnisend App Market and search for Gatsby or you can simply open this page:

Once you're on the Gatsby integration page, click the 'Connect now' button:

The API key will be generated automatically. Copy it and proceed to the Gatsby account, but don't click the 'Confirm' button and don't close the page yet.

Then proceed to your Gatsby account ➡️ Integrations ➡️ Find Omnisend and click connect ➡️ insert the Omnisend API key here. You can also apply tags, you want to be passed to Omnisend along with contacts. Then click Integrate.

Now go back to the Gatsby page in the Omnisend App Market and click the 'Confirm' button:

Gatsby will pass your customers' Instagram data:

Instagram_Bio_Gatsby - customer's biography (account description).

Instagram_Followers_Gatsby - number of followers

Instagram_Follows_Gatsby - number of accounts customer follows

Instagram_Handle_Gatsby - instagram profile name

Instagram_Posts_Gatsby - number of posts in customer's instagram account

Mentioned You Event - the event will be triggered for the email address associated with a particular Instagram account when they mention your company's Instagram in a post, either by tagging your brand in the picture or @mentioning your brand in the caption.

To send automated emails once customer from Gatsby is passed, you need to create a segment based on one of the properties that Gatsby passes along with email address and select 'exists' option.

Then create an automation based on 'Contact enters a segment' trigger and select the Gatsby segment that you've just created.

Send different emails to customers with different amounts of Instagram followers. For example, you can create a segment of the contacts that have more than 1000 followers, but less than 10000 and send them an email campaign with discount offer, if they'll mention you on their next Instagram post.

Once they'll mention you on Instagram, Mentioned You Event will be triggered and email from the workflow will be sent.

Will mention in the story trigger the Mentioned you Event? No, Mentioned You Event will be triggered by mentions in captions in posts or tags in posts.

Are contacts collected before the integration is enabled will be synced to Omnisend? No, they won't be synced to Omnisend after integration is enabled.
