Yotpo SMSBump is an SMS, email, and marketing automation app. With Yotpo SMSBump, you can seamlessly grow your SMS & email lists, recover abandoned carts, and send revenue-driving texts. Integrate Yotpo SMSBump with Omnisend to set up a 2-way Audience sync between the two platforms.
Setup Process
Step 1. Click Apps in the top-right corner.
Step 2. Search for the Yotpo SMSBump app and open it, or open this page directly.
Step 3. Click Connect now.
Step 4. Go to your SMSBump account → Integrations tab → select Omnisend among other integrations.
Step 5. A pop-up appears. Click Connect Omnisend.
Step 6. Click Next.
Step 7. Enter the API Key you copied from Omnisend, then click Connect. You'll see a success message.
Step 8. In Yotpo SMSBump, review the integration settings and adjust as needed:
Integration status: Enable or disable the integration.
Sync SMSBump email subscribers to Omnisend: Sync email subscribers collected in Yotpo SMSBump to an Omnisend list.
Sync Omnisend SMS subscribers to SMSBump: Sync SMS subscribers from Omnisend to a specific list in Yotpo SMSBump. This sync runs hourly.
Manually sync Omnisend SMS subscribers to SMSBump: Click Sync to manually sync subscribers without waiting for the scheduled sync.
Step 9. After configuring the integration in Yotpo SMSBump, return to the Omnisend tab, check the box to confirm you've completed all steps, and click Confirm.
You'll be redirected to the Omnisend App Market, and a notification will confirm that the integration is successful.
What Data Syncs
Once the integration is set up, all Omnisend SMS subscribers are automatically synced to the SMSBump audience.
Email and SMS subscribers from SMSBump also sync to Omnisend. The following fields sync:
Email address (subscribed status);
Phone number (subscribed status);
'source: smsbump' tag.
Note: Only new subscribers collected by SMSBump after enabling the integration will be synced to Omnisend. Contacts collected prior to enabling the integration won't be synced automatically. If you'd like to add them to your Omnisend audience, you'll need to export contacts from SMSBump and import them to Omnisend.
Send Follow-Up Emails or SMS to SMSBump Subscribers
To send automated emails to SMSBump contacts, create a segment based on the 'source: smsbump' tag.
Once the segment is created, create an automation workflow based on a contact entering a segment trigger and selecting your segment as the trigger filter.
