Setup Process
Firstly, create an API key. To do this click on your brand name in the top right corner -> Store settings:
Click on the 'API keys' section:
Then click the 'Create API Key' button:
Enter the name of your API key, keep default settings and click 'Save':
Copy the API key you've created and go to your WooHoo account. Proceed to the Integrations tab and click the 'Connect' button next to Omnisend:
Then paste the API key you've created in the corresponding field in the popup window and click 'Save':
That's it! All new emails collected by WooHoo Signup Forms will be passed to Omnisend.
Note! If you've collected contacts with your WooHoo Signup Forms prior to enabling the integration with Omnisend, these contacts won't be synced from Woohoo. So, if you want to add them to your Omnisend Audience, you can download your Woohoo subscribers list and import it manually.
What data is passed
Once Omnisend integration is enabled all the new subscribers collected by Woohoo Signup Forms will be passed to Omnisend with the following fields:
email address (subscribed status);
First name (part of the email before @ is passed as First Name);
tag 'woohoo'

To send automated emails to WooHoo contacts create a segment based on the 'woohoo' tag:
Once the segment is created, create an automation workflow based on Contact enters a segment trigger, and select your segment as trigger filter.
