Data Synchronization
After integrating Omnisend with Wix, the synchronization process starts automatically. During this process, Omnisend collects essential data from your store, including your contact information.
The duration of the synchronization depends on the size of your contact database. Stores with a larger number of contacts may experience longer sync times.
Important Notes:
Order history does not sync from Wix to Omnisend.
To sync products from Wix to Omnisend, use the Omnisend API.
Data synchronization is one-way (Wix → Omnisend). Changes made in Omnisend do not sync back to Wix.

Why don't my Wix products and order history sync to Omnisend?
Wix integration currently syncs contact data only. Order history and products are not synced. We're actively working on adding this feature. To add products manually, use the Omnisend API.
Can I use Omnisend with multiple Wix stores?
Yes. You can connect multiple Wix stores under one Omnisend account as separate brands. Each store will have its own contact list, automations, billing, and reports, but you can manage them from a single login and switch between stores easily. Learn how to manage multiple stores in Omnisend.
