Environmental Impact Rewards app incentivise new subscribers to your newsletter through environmental impact. Offer positive climate impact such as tree planting, ocean-bound plastic recovery, and help planting as a reward for signing up for your newsletter. Spotlight your brand as a force for good and increase your subscribers simultaneously.
Setup Process
Step 1. From your Omnisend store, go to Store Settings → API keys.
Step 2. Click "create API key" → set all permissions, or for passing contacts at least → copy it and click save. Here's more info on generating API keys.
Step 3. Login to your Greenspark dashboard and click "Add Impact" → then choose "Manage" next to "Integrations and Automations".
Step 4. Select Omnisend under Integrations.
Step 5. In the popup window add API key created previously in Omnisend (Step 2) along with Segment ID of one of your segments from Omnisend that you would like to sync to Greenspark going further.
How to find Segment ID:
Step 6. Then we'll proceed to creating automation, make sure to select a tier for further impact settings.
Step 7. During next step select the amount of impact you'd like to attribute to your automation, select a date you'd like for the integration to start under "Schedule" → then press "Save".
All done! Now when new contact enters the segment you have added on Step 5, you'll see the environmental change reflected in Reports in Greenspark admin.
Use case
❗️ Please note that at the moment such integration works one way, meaning, we sync info from Omnisend to Greenspark, you won't be able to sync data back to Omnisend.
But you can download/take screenshots of your reports from Greenspark and add them to your campaigns in Omnisend to send updates to your contacts regarding your environmental activities.
