Integrating Essential Loyalty with Omnisend allows you to seamlessly sync your loyalty and rewards data with your email marketing and automation workflows, enhancing personalization, segmentation, and engagement.
Before You Begin
Step 1. Install the Essential Loyalty & Rewards app in your Shopify admin.
Step 2. Make sure you turn it on in your theme's apps.
Setup Process
Step 1. In Omnisend, go to Apps → search for Essential Loyalty & Rewards → click Connect now → Copy API Key.
Step 2. Navigate to your Shopify admin → Essential Loyalty & Rewards → Integrations and select Omnisend Integration.
Step 3. Paste your copied Omnisend API Key into the provided field → select Enabled status to activate the integration → click Save to finalize the integration.
Step 4. Go back to Omnisend → check I have already done this step → click Connect.
What Data Is Passed
Upon integration, the following Essential Loyalty custom properties are synced to Omnisend contact profiles:

Customer loyalty data synchronizes automatically. For manual synchronization, click the Synchronize button (available once per hour). This will also sync your historic contacts.
Use Case
You can segment your users based on custom properties syncing from Essential Loyalty & Rewards.
