Omnisend is using single sign-on (SSO) for Shopify, Tictail, and BigCommerce. It means that there is no separate login to Omnisend. Once logged in to your store, go to your apps and select Omnisend.
Another way is to use the password reminder. For that, you will need to follow the steps provided below:

Now, here's a little bit tricky part. When you created Omnisend account, we did not require you to enter an email address and automatically used the email address that is linked to your store. For instance, if you log in to your Shopify admin with [email protected] - your Omnisend account is registered with the same email. Simply enter it at the login page.
Click Submit. The reset password email will land in your inbox right after that. You might also want to check your Spam, Promotions, and Social tabs.
Follow the instructions provided in the email, and you'll successfully change the password.
