Reset Forgotten Password

Learn how to recover your password for your Omnisend account

You can access your Omnisend account in two ways: by using Single Sign-On (SSO) through your Shopify or BigCommerce store, or by logging in directly via the Omnisend login page with your email and password.

If you’ve forgotten your password, this article will guide you through the steps to reset it and recover access to your account.


Before You Begin

  • If you created your Omnisend account through an ecommerce platform (Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce), your Omnisend login email is the same as your store admin email. For example, if you sign in to Shopify with [email protected], use that email to reset your Omnisend password.

  • Check your email inbox access. The password reset link will be sent to this address.

Recover Your Password

Step 1. Go to the Omnisend login page → click Forgot your password.

Step 2. You will be redirected to the password reset page, where you need to add your email address → click Send recovery link.

Step 3. Check your inbox for the password reset email → click the Reset password button.


Step 4. Create your new password → click Save.

That's it; you have reset your password successfully!

FAQ

Can I reset my password if I use Single Sign-On (SSO)?
If you access Omnisend exclusively through Shopify or BigCommerce SSO, you don't need an Omnisend password. Manage your password through your ecommerce platform instead.

What if I don't receive the reset email?
Wait 5 minutes and check your Spam, Promotions, and Social folders. If it still doesn't arrive, request a new link – reset emails expire after 1 hour. If the issue persists, contact Support.

How do I change my login email address?
If you're the Account Owner, use the Transfer Account Ownership process. If you're a regular user, contact Support via live chat or email [email protected]. Learn more about managing your account.
