Appstle Loyalty is a third-party app that helps you create and manage a loyalty program for your ecommerce store. When you connect Appstle Loyalty with Omnisend, custom loyalty events are automatically sent to Omnisend so you can trigger targeted Automation Workflows based on your contacts' loyalty activity – such as earning points, redeeming rewards, or reaching a new VIP tier.
Setup Process
Step 1. In Omnisend, go to Apps → search for Appstle Loyalty & Rewards → click Connect Now → copy the API key.

Step 2. In your Appstle Loyalty account, go to App Integrations → select Omnisend.
Step 3. Paste the API key into the Omnisend API key field and click Update.
Step 4. In Omnisend, go back to the Appstle Loyalty & Rewards app page, check I have completed all the steps, and click Confirm.
The integration is now active.
What Data Is Passed
Once the integration is enabled, 10 custom events are created in your Omnisend account. Each event is triggered by a specific loyalty action in Appstle Loyalty:
Birthday Reward event from Appstle Loyalty
Monthly reward reminder event from Appstle Loyalty
Point earn event from Appstle Loyalty
Point redeem event from Appstle Loyalty
Referral link send event from Appstle Loyalty
Referred Reward event from Appstle Loyalty
Reward available reminder event from Appstle Loyalty
Reward expiring reminder event from Appstle Loyalty
Vip tier achieved event from Appstle Loyalty
Welcome event from Appstle Loyalty
Each event carries a set of properties you can use to personalize your email or SMS content. For example, for the Point earn event from Appstle Loyalty, you can display the number of availablePoints a contact has at that moment using event personalization tags.
