Benefits
Integrate Contact Form by Qikify with Omnisend and pass contact information collected with your Qikify Contact Form(s) to Omnisend. Use collected data to segment your customers and personalize your emails.
Setup Process
To integrate Contact Form by Qikify with Omnisend create the API key in Omnisend first. Follow these 3 easy steps to create an API key:
Go to Store settings:
Click on the 'API keys' section:
Then click the 'Create API Key' button:
Enter the name of your API key, keep default settings and click 'Save':
Then proceed to your Qikify account - > Setting - > Integrations - > paste the API key into the corresponding field for the Omnisend integration - > click Connect:
Select which forms should pass contacts to Omnisend and whether they should be passed with subscribed or non-subscribed status (checked 'accept marketing' box - subscribed):
That's it! All the new contacts collected by your Qikify Contact forms will be synced to Omnisend automatically.
What Data is Passed
Once a new contact is submitted via integrated Qikify Contact Form on your website, it'll be passed to Omnisend with the following fields:
email address (subscribed/non-subscribed status);
email opt-in date (if passed as subscribed - 'accept marketing' box checked);
tag 'qikify'
Sending Follow-up Email to Qikify subscribers
To send automated emails to Qikify contacts, create a segment based on 'qikify' tag.
Once the segment is created, create an automation workflow based on Contact enters a segment trigger, and select your segment as trigger filter.
