Set Up Shopify Combined Discounts

Step 1. Open the Discount Settings
Go to Campaigns or Automations → select your message → add or edit the Discount block.

For SMS in automations, use the same settings under the SMS discount settings.

Step 2. Expand the Combinations Section

In the Discount block settings, scroll to Combinations → click to expand.

Step 3. Select Discount Types

Check the boxes for discount types you want to stack:

  • Product discounts (e.g., sale prices, BOGO).

  • Order discounts (e.g., bulk discounts).

Step 4. Update Permissions
