Tidio Live Chat is a 3rd party live chat app offering merchants to provide their customers with high quality customer support via live chat, email, and Messenger, all messages in one simple dashboard.

When you integrate Tidio Live Chat with Omnisend you will be able to respond to campaigns right from your helpdesk.

Currently this integration is available upon request for our Standard and Pro plan users.
 
 

Setup process

Here is how you can simply request Tidio Live Chat integration with Omnisend:

1. Go to My account > Connected Apps and click Connect new App:

2.  Find Tidio Live Chat on the list and click Connect:

3. You will then be prompted with the question: Please describe how you intend to use Tidio Live Chat. Provide the answer and click on the Submit Request button:
