New segmentation

New segmentation filters now have a new data point. You can segment your users based on the filter "received promotion message". Users who have received a specific message, whether campaign- or automation-based, can be segmented across all channels. Data supported:

  • Channel (Email, SMS, Push).

  • Type (Automation Flow, Campaign).

  • Name (Campaign or Automation flow name).

  • Message title, message ID.

  • Promotion ID (Campaign or Automation flow ID).

Use cases:

  • When working with automations, you will be able to filter out a certain automation workflow or even a specific email from the automation and locate contacts that were engaged.

  • You can now specify how many emails your subscribers received within a specified time period. The "received a promotion" filter, combined with the number of times it happened during a specific time period, will assist in defining contacts who received too much communication from your side. This can be useful if you don't want to send too many messages to overwhelm your customers, as it is now possible to integrate all kinds of message interactions - whether automation or campaign under one segment.

WooCommerce Plugin improvements:

The way WooCommerce plugin handles contact synchronization after a successful connection was significantly improved. From now on WooCommerce users will see a store data sync status table that will show corresponding status of syncing: Success, Error, Pending, Skipped with two self-service actions:

  • Option to re-sync data, which failed to sync. For this, click "Re sync" button;

  • Option to re-sync all store data (use this, when customer did heavy changes in their account like: permanent deletion of contacts)

Integrations

  • PopTin is a 3rd party app that allows you to create pop-ups, opt-ins, and embedded forms in less than 2 minutes.

  • Glew.io is an app that helps to connect, transform and visualize all your data in one place. Glew.io is eCommerce business intelligence for any size organization.

  • LateShipment. This app allows you to reach the right customers with personalized content based on the shipping information that LateShipment tracks.
