WooCommerce plugin updates
WooCommerce customers who have the latest version of our plugin will notice that we are now tracking more contacts who abandoned carts. Now abandoned cart email can be triggered for users who:
- have our cookies placed in their browsers (have used Omnisend sign up form/integrated with Omnisend forms, have opened or clicked sent from Omnisend);
- have placed their first order;
- have entered email at the checkout and abandoned it;
- is logged in to the store account.
Text to join
Your customers can now easily sign up for your SMS marketing list by texting a keyword to your number. All that’s left for you — promote your keyword in different ways, like email or Facebook, to gather new leads. Read more about text to join here.
Marketing events timeline under contact profile page
You can track marketing events your user went through. This info is visible on a single contact level, meaning that you will see this data for each separate customer on their customer profile. For this, you would need to open contact from Audience tab. You can now see:
Sent/opened/clicked events;
All channels included (Email/SMS/push);
Messages sent in both campaigns and automations;
Only 50 most recent events are shown.
Email builder
More options of sections/blocks and variations to create layouts faster;
Quick add moves to sidebar - instead of having to look for the plus button on the canvas:
New blocks introduced - header, menu, footer that have an automatically uploaded logo. If it’s the first time working on email, the logo you’ll upload will stay in the block throughput all emails.

User Management
Once you add a new user to your Omnisend account, the invited person will need to confirm the position by accepting the invitation sent to their inbox. Until the user accepts the invitation, you will see them under the new “user invitations” section.
Segmentation
New Segmentation now has "AND" and "OR" connectors to combine different rules and conditions in a single segment. This brings flexibility in building more sophisticated segments.
Also, a new connector "ANY OF" is used to include ‘any’ option ‘of’ the list, meaning you can select several values from the same list. A customer will be added to the segment when they meet ‘any of’ conditions chosen from the list.

Integration with POWR. This app offers you everything you need to collect more contacts and receive more sales, including forms, popups, review apps, and other features.
