Email builder

  • Saved Templates. You can now save the email templates that you create using the New email builder for future usage. When you've finished editing the email and wish to save it as a template, click the little arrow in the top right corner and select the Save as template option. More info about saved templates here.

  • Image library. You can have all your images stored in one place.

  • Duplicate and Line/Space content block was added.

Sender's domain

Domain signature is free for all plan users. You can send campaigns/automated emails through a dedicated domain, that can be quickly added in your Store Settings. The full guide can be found here.

Forms

Forms Library now has several form templates you can pick from. Most forms also have some predefined settings which are shown upon selecting a form type as well.

Segmentation

Contact Properties are now available in New Segmentation. You can now create segments using contact-specific properties. Available properties:

  • city;

  • country;

  • state;

  • tags;

  • custom properties;

  • RFM segment ID;

  • gender;

  • channel status;

  • address;

  • email;

  • first name;

  • last name;

  • phone number;

  • zip code (postal code);

  • birthday;
