New Email Builder

  • Save your items or layouts and re-use them in any templates just in a few clicks. There's no longer a need to start from scratch when making new customized templates. Read more here.

  • The new Email Builder now has the functionality to change the colour of a single word. You can change the colour of one letter or a whole word within the same paragraph. You can also remove the formatting from selected words, and the text colour from the side panel will be applied.

  • With the New Email Builder, you now get more space to add and edit HTML๐ŸŽ‰

Segmentation

  • You can now retrigger Automations that use segments built with New Segmentation as you did with Classic segments. When updating the segment rules, you'll see a popup asking to send automated messages to contacts added or removed from the segment;

  • "Is not in the last" filter has been added to New Segmentation. You can read more about use cases in this guide.

  • AND / OR connectors between groups are live in New Segmentation. Now you can create segments that connect several groups into one segment using AND/OR connectors. To utilize this functionality, click "add filter's arrow" and choose "add a group of filters".

  • Three new segment presets for SMS subscribers. You can now build segments based on country codes in a couple of clicks. You can find the presets under the other tab. The segments are:

    1. US & CA SMS Subscribers;

    2. CA SMS Subscribers;

    3. US SMS Subscribers

  • Suggestions in search of segment dropdown. To make your transition to New Segmentation smoother, we'll suggest new names for the segments you have built with the Classic Segmentation tool. E.g. purchased product โ†’ bought product;

Forms

  • Preview what forms look on a mobile screen in the New Form Builder. You can find the switch on the top right menu. This preview lets you see how the form will look on the mobile screen. Also, you will see how the form is optimized for mobile. For example, if there is a side image, it will be hidden in the mobile preview.

  • You can now collect Double opt-in in the New Form Builder. Double opt-in is very important if you want to keep a good list of subscribers and know that the emails you collect are real and can be reached in the future. You can find a double opt-in checkbox under audience management.

  • Visibility settings for New Form Builder. You can target the form to be shown on all devices, mobile or desktop devices. Find these settings under Behaviour โ†’ Visibility.

    You also will be able to find mobile-only form templates for better targeting.

    Read more about popups on mobile devices in the dedicated guide.

  • Collect your customers' birthdays with New Form Builder. There is a new date block that you can easily drag & drop into your preferred form template. Also, we provide several birthday date formats to choose from. Read more about birthday emails.

Deliverability

You can now go through an automatic warmup plan to boost your results. The warmup is a process of gradually increasing send volumes over a number of days or weeks. Note that it could take longer if receivers do not perceive your email as an opt-in. Warming up slowly builds up your sender's reputation and improves email deliverability.
