Here at Omnisend, our Teams develop the product regularly, and new features and improvements are released every week.

In this article, you will find the most important information related to the recent releases that will help you optimize your marketing with Omnisend even more!

Brand Assets

Brand assets are elements that make your brand identity unique and recognizable. Once added, we'll automatically apply your brand assets to emails that support them. Here you can manage brand assets: set logos, colors, social links, and fonts.

You can find them by accessing Store settings in the top right corner.

Email builder


Three new automatically branded templates were added to the templates library. This means your brand's logo, colors, and fonts will be automatically synced from Brands Assets.

โš ๏ธ These templates are only available once you set up Brands Assets in Store settings.

Visibility settings

Sometimes you may want to show a specific content block for mobile or desktop users. To limit the visibility, click on the content block you'd like to change the visibility for and choose the Layout tab. Scroll down to Display settings -> Choose which devices should show the content block selected. You can show it to:

  • all devices;

  • mobile devices only;

  • desktop devices only.

Drag to re-order

Now you don't need to delete and re-add blocks; you can just move them around, between sections, and even between columns which speeds up the editing process.

Duplicating blocks

You can now duplicate any block without the need to recreate it. Simple as that!


Form display based on subscription (beta) was released to help you target non-subscribed visitors with a signup form and subscribers - with a promotion.

We want to help you get the most of your store traffic with more relevant forms and do not overwhelm visitors with too many pop-ups or showing signup forms to already subscribed customers.

You can test these forms automation in beta by accessing it from Forms -> Create form -> Promote special offers.

The same tab (Promote special offers) gives an overview of newly introduced promotional forms, which don't have a signup field but are rather a pop-up banner that can help you bring attention to sales, special deals, or whatever works better for your business by adding a specific link for the button.

  • Wix Bookings. Use this seamless scheduling system that lets customers book services online, allowing you to focus on managing your business.

  • Product Recommendation Quiz by Revenue hunt. Use shoppable quizzes that drive sales, advise customers on finding the right products, and help them make confident purchasing decisions.

  • Shopify online store 2.0 support. Shopify has upgraded its theme architecture in Online Store 2.0, so it's essential to enable the Omnisend app directly in the theme editor to continue using all features to its fullest. Check our guide for more details.
