TrackingMore is a shipment tracking and delivery updates platform. It helps you automate post-purchase communications by providing real-time tracking information.

Integrating with Omnisend lets you add tracking links to your emails, so customers can view their order status directly from your Shipping Confirmation messages.

Add TrackingMore Tracking Link to Omnisend Emails

You can add a TrackingMore tracking link to any Automation email. We recommend adding it to your Shipping Confirmation workflow.


Step 1. In Omnisend, go to AutomationCreate Workflow (or open an existing Shipping Confirmation workflow).

Step 2. Select the Shipping Confirmation workflow template.


Step 3. Open the email content editor.

Step 4. Add or customize a button block with the text "Track your order."


Set the button link to:

https://your-shop-url.myshopify.com/apps/trackingmore?order=[[order.order_number]]&email=[[contact.email]]

⚠️ Replace your-shop-url with your actual Shopify store URL.

💡 Tip: [[order.order_number]] and [[contact.email]] are personalization tags that automatically insert each customer's order number and email address.

Step 5. Save your email and enable the workflow.


How It Works

Once you've added the tracking link, customers who click "Track your order" in your Shipping Confirmation email will be redirected to a TrackingMore page showing their shipment's real-time status, carrier info, and estimated delivery date.

Do I need to connect my store to TrackingMore first?
Yes. You must set up the integration in TrackingMore before adding tracking links to Omnisend emails. Refer to TrackingMore's setup guide.

Can I add this link to other emails besides Shipping Confirmation?
Yes. You can add the tracking link to any transactional automation. It must be an order-related automation for order tags to populate in the tracking link.
