Integration with Manifest AI

Manifest AI adds a ChatGPT AI chat to your Shopify store that answers customer queries, organises a quiz, recommend products, reduce cart drop offs. It talks to the user in a human-like tone and provides highly personalised product recommendations, leading to increased orders and revenue, adding chat with us functionality on your website. There are multiple use-cases of Manifest- handling buyer objections, reducing refunds, increasing revenue, increasing AOV, product recommendation.

Setup Process

Step 1. From your Omnisend store, go to Store Settings → API keys.

Step 2. Click "create API key" → set all permissions, or for passing contacts at least → copy it and click save. Here's more info on generating API keys.

Step 3. Find Manifest AI app in your Shopify admin → go to Integrations there → find Omnisend and click on "+" sign.

Step 4. Click "add integration" → insert your API key created on Step 2 → and done!

What Data is Passed

Once Manifest AI is connected with Omnisend, you can start setting up your chatbot. Here's the list of values that can be passed to Omnisend:

  • Email along with opt-in date.

Please note that there will be no special tags created.

Here's the list of custom events that can be passed as well.

When a customer clicks on the 'View similar products' CTA sent with product recommendations.

productSearch

When a customers searches for a product.

productDetails

When a customers asks for details about a particular product.

linkClicked

When a product recommendation is clicked.

widgetClicked

When a customer engages with an AI nudge.

Rest assured, more events will be created and passed going forward.

Setting Up Your First Chatbot

Step 1. In order to collect and further sync email addresses from your chatbot to Omnisend, in your Manifest AI admin go to Customize section → Behavior settings → enable to ask for emails at the beginning of the conversation.

Don't forget to click "Save and publish" in the top right corner before moving on.

Feel free to check their Help docs if you have any other questions on other settings.

Step 2. Once you submitted your email in the chat, and either asked your question or selected one of the pre-made questions:

Your contact should appear in Omnisend.

Step 3. Feel free then to create a custom workflow with an event passed from Manifest AI in order to follow-up with your contacts.
