Releases

New Pricing

Omnisend is gradually moving to contact-based billing, with more features unlocked for each plan. Learn about the new pricing plans and the features they offer here. You can always check price for your contact base with our pricing calculator.

Reports

  • You can now check email client report under Reports tab > Campaigns > View Report. This feature is directed towards the iOS privacy changes and will allow you to know which part of your audience is using the Apple Mail client, therefore providing a better understanding of the possible impact of the iOS privacy changes on open rates.

  • Click rate logic has been updated to be more accurate. Click rate metrics will now use unique contact clicks when calculating and reporting click rate.

    For example, previously, if one user clicked any link in your campaign 2 times, you would see 200% (2 clicks) click rate in the email report. Now, if a single user clicks the same link multiple times, only 1 click will be counted, resulting in a 100% click rate if the email was sent to this user only.

Segmentation

We are glad to introduce our New Segmentation feature, which allows you to build more targeted segments based on filters that our default segmentation lacks. Learn about new filters here. Moreover, now you are able to see Segmentation presets on your dashboard to automate the process of segment creation.

Campaigns

You can now set up an A/B Subject line, Sender's name, and Content test campaign with our new email builder. Test different versions of a single email to understand how minor changes can affect your marketing results.

Integrations

  • Launched integration with ONE+. ONE+ is an app that integrates 18 powerful conversion & marketing tactics and allows you to pass your collected subscribers to Omnisend.

  • New integration with Attentive. Attentive is an app that provides a text message marketing solution. By integrating Attentive with Omnisend, you will be able to sync your Attentive subscribers to your Omnisend audience.
