Product Analytics

  • Product Profile Report. Product profile provides access to a single product view. It gives quick access to segments that are most relevant to each metric (e.g. how to sell a popular repeat-purchase product to existing customers, or how to send an email campaign to customers that match a specific product).

  • Recommended products report is now available for Standard and Free users too.

  • The remaining Business Health check sections have been added. The feature is available for all Shopify and Bigcommerce brands.

  • Trending categories. Instantly get top product categories based on the number of customers who bought from a particular category (or product collection in Shopify). Easily create a segment for categories that had many buyers in the last 30 days.

  • Goal setting. This feature will allow you to move Health check’s industry-level benchmark up or down by a maximum of 50%, thus letting you set and adjust it based on your goal.


  • New Email editor has been released for everyone, who registered to our waiting list. It's available in email campaigns only for now. If you don't have access to the new Email editor, but you want to use it, reach out to our Support team.

  • Frequency limit has been released for SMS campaigns. If you don't want to send your SMS/MMS campaign to customers who have received an email campaign recently (the default window when we check if the recipient has received an email is 16 hours, but you can customize it), you can select this option to skip them from your SMS campaign in order to not overwhelm your subscribers with multiple messages at the same day.

Partner portal

  • In-app chat has been released for the Partner portal. You can contact our Support team in the Partner portal now.

  • Our partners can now easily check Revenue, Customers, and retention reports inside the partner portal. It will give you more clarity on how your customers are performing.


  • Launched the integration with Mesa app. This integration makes it possible to integrate your Omnisend account with a number of other apps that we don't have native integration with.

  • Launched the integration with Milotree. This integration allows you to pass all contacts collected through Milotree signup forms to your Omnisend account.

  • Launched the integration with Integrately. This integration allows you to connect multiple apps with your Omnisend account in just a few clicks.

  • Launched the integration with Opinew. This integration allows you to send Review requests through Omnisend.

  • Launched the integration with Prehook. The Prehook app offers multiple Quiz templates that you can use to collect additional data from Omnisend. Once Prehook integration is enabled, all this data will be sent to your Omnisend account.
