The AI magic doesn’t stop at subject lines! Now, after writing a subject line, using Omnisend AI, a pre-header suggestion will automatically appear, making it even easier to create compelling emails faster.
AI Subject Line & Preheader Generator in Automations
You can now generate AI-powered subject lines and preheaders directly inside Automation emails, not just Campaigns. Enjoy a consistent writing experience across all features!
Tone of Voice for AI-generated Content
Omnisend AI now mirrors each brand’s writing style based on your web store. Your AI-generated subject lines, pre-headers, and content will better reflect your brand personality — whether it's formal, casual, playful, or bold.

Wheel of Fortune Discount via Email
You can now send Wheel of Fortune discount codes via email instead of just showing them in the success message on-site. This helps reduce fake signups, boost conversion rates, and ensure visitors redeem their codes.

Multiple “Next Step” Buttons in Multi-Step Forms
You can now add multiple "Next Step" buttons in the first step of your multistep forms. This allows more creative layouts, such as offering different CTA wordings or designs, all leading to the same next step.

Customizable Columns in Contacts List
You can now choose exactly which columns (fields) you want to see in your contacts table, giving you more control over how you manage and review your audience data.
On-Site Behavior in Single Contact Export
Contact exports now include on-site activity (page views, clicks), helping you comply fully with GDPR right-to-access requests.
Full Tag List Available When Adding Tags
No more typing blindly — you’ll now immediately see the full list of existing tags when tagging contacts, helping prevent duplicates.

Back-in-Stock Report with Contact-Level Waiting Lists
You can now click on any product in the Back in Stock report and view exactly who signed up to be notified, complete with name, email/phone, and date added. This helps prioritize restocking and allows personal follow-ups with VIP customers.

Store Health Table Now Shows Events API Success Ratio
For custom API stores, the Store Health dashboard now includes the Events API success ratio. This helps identify event delivery issues faster, improving integration reliability.
WordPress Multisite Support for WooCommerce
Managing multiple WooCommerce stores under a single WordPress installation? Omnisend is fully compatible with WordPress Multisite installations (plugin version 1.16.0 and above).
You can connect and manage multiple WooCommerce stores under a single multisite setup – no need to install Omnisend separately on each site manually.
This works whether your multisite is configured by a sub-domain (e.g. store1.example.com) or sub-directory (e.g. example.com/store1). Ideal for agencies or multi-brand sellers looking for centralized management and streamlined integration.

Improved SMS Reply Detection
Expanded keyword matching improves the identification of subscribe and unsubscribe intents, aiding compliance, particularly for SMS campaigns in the US and Canada.
To subscribe: join, subscribe, start.
To unsubscribe: Unsubscribe, Cancel, Quit, End, Opt out, Optout, Opt-out, Stop all.
For a message to be considered a genuine intent, it must either contain only one of these keywords or begin with one of them.
China SMS Delivery
Users sending SMS to China now see an in-app warning about delivery restrictions and whitelisting needs, ensuring clear expectations before sending.
SMS Sending Disabled in Trinidad & Tobago and Iran
Please note that due to compliance restrictions, SMS sending has been disabled for these regions.
