Email Builder

Default Text Personalization Extended

We're excited to announce that default text personalization is now available across all your campaigns! You can easily customize text in the following areas:

  • Email Settings → Subject line

  • Email AB Settings → Subject line

  • SMS Content → Message text

  • Push Notification → Title and text

Improved AI Subject Generator

We've revamped the AI Subject Generator for a smoother experience! Enjoy a new design, simpler navigation through AI suggestions, and pre-defined prompts, allowing you to create effective subject lines quickly. Get ready to improve your email campaigns like never before with Omnisend AI ✨


Automation

Streamlined Workflow Entry for Existing Segment Contacts

We’re excited to announce a more efficient way for you to manage workflows. Instead of the old process of removing and re-adding contacts, you can now simply check a box to trigger workflows for all contacts within a segment. Check out our user guide below for more details.

Back-in-Stock Support for Products Without Variants

We’ve listened to your feedback and are thrilled to introduce back-in-stock forms & notifications for all products, including those without variants. 

Now, every item can shine again when it’s back in stock ✨

Improved Personalization in Workflow Builder

Like with many campaign areas, you can now insert fallback values in SMS blocks within the workflow builder. This ensures that your messages remain tailored and relevant, even when certain contact details, like last names or addresses, are missing. Enjoy more meaningful communications with your audience!

Import Flow Improvements

We’re excited to announce a major upgrade to our contact import flow! Here are the updated features you can look forward to:

  • Automatic Column Mapping: Columns will now automatically map to the corresponding properties when using the example template, reducing manual work.

  • Clearer Steps: Enjoy a more straightforward navigation through the import process.

  • Improved Tagging: Utilize better tagging options for better organization.

  • Segment Renaming: Rename segments during the import process for added clarity.

  • New 'Finalize' Step: Decide how to handle duplicate contacts during the finalization process.


Reports

New Back in Stock Report

We’re thrilled to introduce our brand-new Back in Stock Report, designed to help you track demand for out-of-stock products and make strategic restocking decisions.

With this feature, you can easily:

  • Monitor Demand: Keep an eye on requested products and variant details.

  • Access Key Information: View essential details such as product name, ID, SKU, and variant information.

  • Gauge Customer Interest: See customer lists and interest levels and the date of the last request, which allows you to prioritize restocking based on requests.

Get ready to restock smarter and meet customer demand like never before! 


Store Settings 

API Errors Visibility

You can now check API issues directly in Omnisend, eliminating the need to register in the Developer Console.

Here’s what’s new in the settings menu:

  • API Keys: Easily manage and generate your API keys.

  • API Issues: Introducing a new section specifically for tracking and addressing API issues.

  • API Documentation: Access comprehensive documentation to guide you.


Integrations

New Integrations

  • Essential Loyalty & Rewards. Build a fun, customizable loyalty program that keeps customers engaged and boosts sales. With points, referrals, VIP tiers, and exclusive rewards, Essential Loyalty & Rewards makes it easy to create a program that fits your brand and excites your customers. Gamify the experience, offer enticing perks, and grow your business with lasting customer relationships.

  • Elevar. The Elevar Session Enrichment feature allows better user recognition on Omnisend users' sites. Using Elevar's data, Omnisend can send more emails and SMS messages, driving up to 100% more revenue. Elevar helps recognize users and send more of the events they generate into the Omnisend system. This includes events like view items, add to cart, and begin checkout. Sending more events means sending more emails/SMS messages and more revenue.


Usability Improvements Across the Platform

We’ve made several updates to improve usability in Omnisend:

  • Easier Brand Asset Editing: You can now edit brand assets directly within a modal while staying in the email builder. No more leaving your templates!

  • Campaign Status Update: The status "Pending" has been renamed to "Scheduled" for improved clarity across all campaign types.

  • Bulk Actions for Automation List: Disable or delete multiple automations at once. When disabling, choose whether customers should finish the flow or exit immediately.

  • Fixed Special Characters in Reviews: Issues with special characters not displaying correctly in reviews have been resolved.

  • Bulk Actions for Review Management: You can now delete multiple reviews at once, with a confirmation modal for better control.

  • Accurate Subscriber Numbers: Based on user feedback, subscriber counts in report graphs are now displayed more accurately (e.g., 248,306 instead of 248K).

  • Improved Klaviyo Data Import: Contacts imported from Klaviyo will automatically receive relevant tags based on their segments and lists, streamlining your migration to Omnisend.

  • Dynamic Product Listing Image Sizing: You can now adjust the size of dynamic product listing images to fit your emails better, preventing images from appearing too large and improving the overall design.
