Omnisend gives you a full view of your marketing performance across email, SMS, and push notification– including sales, engagement, automation results, and audience growth.

This guide maps out every report type so you know where to start.


How to Access Reports

Go to Reports in the left navigation menu. Use the date range selector at the top of any tab to filter data by a preset period (Last 7, 30, or 90 days) or a custom range.

Reports Available in Omnisend

  • Access & Understand Your Omnisend Reports – view total revenue attributed to Omnisend, broken down by channel (Email, SMS, and Push) and by campaigns versus automation workflows.

  • Omnisend Reports: Campaigns – track open rate, click rate, placed order rate, revenue, and deliverability for every Email, SMS, and Push Notification campaign you've sent.

  • Omnisend Reports: Automation – measure the performance of your automation workflows, including revenue generated, messages sent, and engagement rates per workflow.

  • Individual Campaign and Workflow Reports – drill into a single campaign or workflow to see contact-level activity, device breakdown, first 24-hour performance, and message-by-message results.

  • Omnisend Reports: Signup Forms – track views, interactions, and signups for each form over time.

  • Omnisend Reports: UTM Tags – see which campaigns and workflows drive the most traffic and revenue in Google Analytics.

  • Sales Attribution Logic – understand how Omnisend attributes revenue to your campaigns and workflows, including the attribution window and how it differs from your store platform.

  • Clickmap – see which links and products get the most clicks in your email campaigns.

  • Access Live View to Track Store Activity – see real-time customer activity on your store, including page views, product interactions, cart additions, and orders. Go to Dashboard Live View to access it.

  • Analyze Your Customer Lifecycle Stages – see how your customers are distributed across stages (Recent, Loyalists, Champions, At Risk, and more) based on purchase recency, frequency, and order value. Go to Audience Customer Breakdown to access it.

FAQ

How do I see which contacts opened or clicked my campaign?

Click the campaign name to open its individual report, then scroll to the Contact Activity section. Filter by Opened message or Clicked message to view the full list.

Which email in my automation drove a sale?

Click the workflow name in Reports Automation to open its individual report, then scroll to Message Performance. Each email step shows its own Revenue, Placed Order Rate, and Revenue per Message Sent.

Where do I find statistics for a specific month or historical period?

Use the date range selector at the top of any report tab. Select a preset (Last 30 days, Last 90 days) or enter a custom start and end date. All metrics update to reflect the selected period. There is no separate "monthly overview" tab – the date range filter is the mechanism for all historical views.
