AI-Subject Line Generator and AI-Text Assistant in Email Builder

We are thrilled to introduce the latest additions to our Email Builder platform: the AI-Subject Line Generator and AI-Text Assistant. These revolutionary AI-powered features are designed to enhance your email creation process and drive better engagement with your audience.

Forms

  • We're thrilled to introduce exciting new features to enhance your form-building experience! We're introducing a brand new multi-step form use case that allows you to strategically engage your prospects with micro-yes questions, creating a seamless progression toward conversion. Here's what you can expect:

  1. Close a Form with a Button Click: Ability to close a form with a button click.

  2. Next Step Action: You now have the ability to guide your prospects to the next step of the form using a button click. By utilizing the "Next step" action on the button, you can seamlessly transition users to the subsequent step of the form.

  3. Interaction Tracking: When a visitor clicks on the next step action, it will be counted as an interaction, allowing you to track engagement and monitor user progression.

  4. Two-Step Promotional Forms: With these new features, you'll have the ability to create two-step promotional forms. This allows you to capture initial user interest with the first step and then guide them towards a conversion or more detailed information in the second step.

  • Great news! We have added a variety of new form templates to our collection. These templates are designed to simplify your form creation process and enhance user engagement.

  • Possibility to add a close button to a teaser. To add a close button to a teaser and address the concerns about space utilization on mobile screens, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Form builder where you created and customized your teaser.

  2. Click on the Teaser tab.

  3. In the right panel or settings menu, locate the checkbox labeled "Show close button." Check this box to activate the close button feature for the selected teaser.

Reports

We're excited to introduce an update to our workflow report that will enhance your experience and provide valuable insights. We invite you to take advantage of these new features:

  • Completion Rate and Exit Rates at the Workflow Level: Gain a deeper understanding of your workflow performance with metrics such as completion rate and exit rates.

  • Open and Click Rates at the Channel Level: Monitor how effectively your messages resonate with your audience across different communication channels.

  • Unsubscribe and Spam Rates at the Individual Message Level: Stay on top of your messaging effectiveness by analyzing unsubscribe and spam rates for individual messages.

  • Engagement Over Time Graph from a Channel Perspective: Visualize the engagement trends of your channels over time with the engagement over time graph.

  • Convenient Access to Automation Builder: We've made it easier than ever to optimize your workflows. Now, you can directly access the automation rule builder from the report by clicking the "edit workflow" button. Streamline your workflow management process and make adjustments on the fly.
