Automations

Trigger Preview Tool

This new feature allows you to preview how workflows will behave using real contact data. It’s especially useful for testing and fine-tuning filters in automations, improving setup accuracy.

Possible Use Cases:

  • Testing new automation. Validate that the trigger and filters are working correctly before launching the automation.

  • Troubleshooting. Use the tool to pinpoint why certain contacts may not qualify to enter the workflow, allowing you to make necessary adjustments.

  • Streamlined setup. Ensure smooth workflow execution by verifying trigger behavior and filter accuracy.

Prevent Overlapping Workflows

This new toggle, "Skip contacts who are currently in or have recently completed other automation," under Frequency Settings, helps you prevent contacts from entering multiple automations simultaneously. For example, if a contact is in a post-purchase flow, they can be automatically skipped from an abandoned cart automation within a set period of up to 7 days. Forms

New Targeting Options

This month, we’ve released new targeting options for your signup forms to help you engage your visitors more effectively. Check out the latest improvements below:

URL Targeting: Exact or Contains

You can now choose to display forms based on whether the page URL:

  • Exactly matches a specific URL.

  • Contains certain keywords.

This gives you more flexibility to target visitors based on the exact pages they’re viewing.

Source Targeting

Easily target your forms based on the traffic source that brought visitors to your site. Whether they’re coming from direct traffic or specific social media, you can now show relevant forms to specific audience segments.

UTM Parameter Targeting

Show forms based on UTM parameters in the URL, allowing you to target visitors who arrived through specific marketing campaigns. Adjust your message and offers to match the campaign they clicked on.

These new targeting options provide greater control and precision, helping you to deliver the right message to the right audience at the right time.

Integrations

New WordPress Add-Ons: LifterLMS and Paid Memberships Pro

We’ve released two new WordPress add-ons, making it easier to connect Omnisend with popular tools like LifterLMS and Paid Memberships Pro.

  • LifterLMS Add-On: Sync contacts, new subscribers, courses, and membership levels from your LifterLMS online course platform with Omnisend. Check it out here.

  • Paid Memberships Pro Add-On: Sync contacts, new subscribers, and membership levels from your Paid Memberships Pro site to Omnisend. Check it out here.

New App Store Apps
