Universal Layouts: Usage Visibility & Editor Clarity

We've released a set of improvements to Universal Layouts focused on better visibility, safer actions, and clearer editing context.

What's new:

You can see a usage count for each Universal Layout, showing where and how often it's used.
The same usage info is shown when you try to delete a Universal Layout, helping prevent accidental removals.
The Universal Layout editor now has a transparent grid background, making it visually clear when you're editing a Universal Layout vs an email template.

This update helps you manage layouts more confidently, prevents accidental deletions, and reduces editing mistakes with clearer visual context.

Quiet Hours Indicator for SMS

When creating SMS campaigns, we now surface a clear message when quiet hours are enabled, helping you understand the sending limitations upfront.

Previously, if you were sending SMS during quiet hours, you might not have been aware of why scheduling was restricted.

Automations

Scroll to Preview in Automations Builder

You can now scroll through the full email preview directly in the Automations Builder without needing to click Edit and enter the Email Builder.

The preview is now scrollable directly in the Automations builder, allowing you to see the full email content without leaving the flow.

Copy Segments Across Stores

You can now copy segments from one store to another within the same platform. You can rename the segment during copying and select multiple destination stores.

Now, with a few clicks, you can duplicate a segment across multiple stores (as long as all stores share the same ecommerce platform), saving time and ensuring consistency.

This update drastically simplifies the setup process for brands using Templated Accounts or managing multiple stores. It helps central teams scale their strategies faster and eliminates manual recreation of segments.

This feature is ideal for agencies, account managers working with multi-brand clients, and larger teams managing multiple stores.

We've enabled an option to generate forms with a teaser and also copy forms with AI that have a teaser.

Store Settings

Monthly Estimate & Pricing Page Updates

We've renamed the Pricing plan page to Pricing and Usage and introduced a new Monthly Estimate block. This block provides an at-a-glance estimate of your next bill, including totals and a full subscription breakdown.

Now, you can see a clear monthly estimate for your upcoming bill, including:

Total estimated price
Estimated price including tax
Next billing date(s)
A detailed breakdown of all active subscriptions:
- Plan
- SMS
- Add-ons

Special cases:

Multiple billing dates: If you have different billing dates (due to a separate SMS subscription billing cycle), we'll show two billing dates in the estimate.
Free plan + paid SMS: If you're on a Free plan but have an active SMS subscription, the Monthly estimate will reflect the SMS cost and mark Free plan for $0.00.
Prepaid plan/add-ons + monthly SMS: If you prepaid your plan and/or add-ons upfront but still have a monthly SMS subscription, the plan/add-on items will be marked as Prepaid during the prepaid period.
