This article contains essential information about the recent releases, which will help you optimize your marketing with Omnisend even further.


Email Builder

Custom Buttons: Design buttons with flexibility

You told us you want the convenience of consistent button styles, but also the freedom to adjust individual buttons when needed. Great news! We added custom buttons for you.

Buttons can now be styled independently across your email. After selecting your button style (primary, secondary, or tertiary), you can customize colors, fonts, shapes, and padding on a per-button basis without affecting other buttons with the same style in your email.

💡 This gives you the flexibility to create unique call-to-action buttons that match your brand and campaign goals without being locked into a single style.

Product Recommender: Preview before sending

We know it’s important to see exactly how your email will look before you hit send. Personalized Product Recommender blocks that include recently viewed and past purchases now behave consistently in both Preview and Test sends in Campaigns. Instead of empty placeholders, these blocks will now display fallback products from your store, allowing you to accurately visualize your email layout before sending.

This means you can test your campaigns with confidence, knowing your product recommendations will display correctly before you hit send.

💡 In Automations, you can preview Product Recommender blocks using contact-specific data (not fallbacks) when that data is available.

Forms

Copy Forms with AI: Create variations instantly

You’ve already been able to generate forms with AI, and now you can go one step further.

With the AI Assistant available to all paid Omisend users, you can quickly create new versions of your forms. Simply describe what you’d like to change: text, style, images, or blocks, and AI will generate an updated version for you. You can also choose to retain your original targeting settings during the copy process.

This makes it easy to:

  • Create seasonal variations;

  • Test different designs or messaging;

  • Build language-specific versions for international visitors.

💡 You can create copies of your forms in different languages so international visitors see the signup form in the language they understand best.

Location Targeting: Show the right form to the right audience

Forms can now be shown or hidden based on the visitor's country. Choose which countries you want the form to show or not show in, and Omnisend will automatically display or hide the form based on the visitor’s IP address.

This allows you to run localized promotions, display language-specific forms, and tailor messaging to regional audiences. Whether you're targeting a specific region or presenting content in different languages, location targeting helps you deliver more relevant experiences and improve conversion rates.

Automation

Automation Alerts: Keep your view clean and focused

Automation Alerts highlight both errors and recommendations, but you told us you want a clearer view of what needs immediate attention.

You can now dismiss recommendations (but not errors) to keep your Active view focused on the most important issues. Dismissed items are moved to a separate Dismissed tab, where you can revisit them at any time.

This helps reduce visual clutter, stay organized, and prioritize critical fixes, without losing access to helpful guidance.

Deliverability

TFN Verification: A supported experience

We’ve redesigned the Toll-Free Number (TFN) verification flow to make it clearer and easier, with helpful guidance at every step. This helps reduce errors and ensure approval from the first submission.

Multi-step Wizard

TFN verification is no longer a single long modal. It’s now a streamlined, step-by-step flow:

  • Step 1: Submit business information and website URL;

  • Step 2: Upload a screenshot showing proof of SMS consent collection (with an example and AI guidance).

AI Assistant for Consent Proof Validation

When uploading your consent collection screenshot, an AI Assistant will:

  • Check for missing consent elements;

  • Provide real-time feedback and recommendations.

This helps ensure compliance before submission, reducing the risk of delays or rejections.

Clear Status Communication

After submitting your TFN request, you’ll see clear messaging about the expected review time (up to 2 weeks). If your request is still pending after several days, you’ll receive a status notification to keep you informed.

Partner Portal

Omnisend Partner Portal: New tools for better client management

If you manage multiple client stores, the Partner Portal now includes several updates to improve collaboration, reporting, and visibility.

Performance Dashboard

The new Performance Dashboard provides a centralized snapshot of all client stores. It includes key metrics like revenue, attribution, engagement, and deliverability.

You can monitor performance across all accounts in one place, with filters for date range, stores, and metrics.

Export Brand Performance Reports

Partners can now export brand performance reports directly from the Partner Portal in PowerPoint (.pptx) format. Select one or more brands, choose the reporting period, and generate presentation-ready reports for client updates.

Individual User Access for Agency Members

Agency team members now have individual user access to client accounts, allowing better visibility and accountability. Actions taken in client accounts are tracked to each user.

Your clients will continue to see a single partner user, but your team benefits from clearer action tracking internally.

Real-time Account Sync

When you create a new account via omnisend.com, it will now automatically sync and appear in your accounts list in the Partner Portal.

This eliminates manual steps and ensures your portal view stays up to date.

Visual Refresh

The Partner Portal interface has been refreshed to improve usability:

  • Partner Portal registration has been redesigned to support smoother onboarding.

  • The Teams page and Profile page have been visually improved to make it easier to manage your details and team member access.

Integrations

New App: HiTide

HiTide helps you grow your SMS list by turning engagement from Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok into subscribers through scalable message automations. You can run campaigns like giveaways, early access, restocks, and launches to drive opt-ins.

As an approved Meta Messenger API developer, HiTide allows you to connect your Instagram account securely, without sharing your password.

New App: Rivo

Rivo syncs loyalty data such as Points Balance, VIP Tier, and Referral URL directly into Omnisend contact profiles. This data can be used to segment audiences, personalize campaigns, and build automations using loyalty attributes to send promotions that resonate and convert.

New App: YoYo Loyalty

YoYo Loyalty rewards customers through cashback, store credit, VIP tiers, and wishlist alerts, and automates engagement around purchases, birthdays, signups, and more.

With the Omnisend integration, loyalty data is added as contact properties, making it easier to:

  • segment by credit balance

  • personalize campaigns

  • trigger automations using loyalty attributes

New App: Custlo Customer Accounts

Custlo Customer Accounts is a Shopify app that helps you manage and enhance customer accounts by offering a more flexible, personalized, and modern login and account experience for your storefront customers. The integration with Omnisend automatically syncs custom Shopify customer fields (e.g., preferences, interests, additional information) to Omnisend, allowing you to build richer customer profiles and use custom fields for advanced segmentation and personalized messages.

UI & UX Improvements

We've introduced several improvements to billing and invoices to provide greater transparency and reduce confusion:

  • Invoice emails now clearly outline what your bill includes, such as one-time payments, billable contact counts, and renewal details.

  • Invoices now show applied credits more transparently. Credits are applied to the subtotal before tax, so it’s easier to understand the final amount.

These updates help clarify recurring charges, plan tiers, and payment breakdowns, making your billing experience more straightforward.
