Personalized Content Add-on
We’re expanding personalization across Omnisend, and these updates are now part of the Personalized Content add-on (included for Pro merchants, available as an add-on for the Standard plan):
Product Recommender in Campaigns: A new “Similar to past purchases” recommendation type helps you send smarter, more relevant product suggestions. Learn more.
Personalized Recommendations in Automations: Starting October 16, these will become part of the paid Personalized Content add-on. Until then, you can keep using them free of charge.
Conditional Content in Campaigns: Personalize content blocks with rules based on Contact Properties, Tags, and Segments for more targeted messaging. Learn more.
Add-on Management in Store Settings
You can now cancel or resume any add-on directly in your Store Settings, giving you more control and flexibility over your plan.

Yotpo Migration
We’ve made it easier to bring your Yotpo contacts into Omnisend. You can now access the Yotpo migration dashboard directly from the Add contacts modal, and if you enable periodic sync, your contacts will update automatically every 24 hours. Migration performance has also been boosted – processing speeds are now up to 10× faster, ensuring smoother and more reliable imports.
Please note that you need to connect a Shopify store to see the Yotpo option in the Add contacts modal.
Reporting
Export Reports
You can now export your reports as PDFs, which is perfect for sharing polished dashboards with charts, tables, and KPIs with just one click.
Available on Sales, Campaigns, and Automations reports, this makes it easier to capture and share insights beyond raw data.
We’ve also added Segment Performance export, so whether you need deep analysis (CSV) or a clean, visual summary (PDF), you can now choose the format that best suits your needs.
Audience Growth
We’ve improved the Audience Growth report to give you clearer insights into how your subscriber list is growing. You can now:
Select custom date ranges.
Track growth across the Push channel alongside Email and SMS.
Monitor a new unsubscribe metric to better understand and reduce churn.
With these updates, it’s easier than ever to track, understand, and optimize your audience growth across all channels.
What’s New in the UI
This month, we introduced several small but powerful UI improvements to make Omnisend clearer and more enjoyable for you to use. From animated progress in reports to more polished confirmations and friendlier empty states, these updates are all about reducing uncertainty and adding delight at every step. You’ll also notice refreshed touches in navigation, loaders, and active segment indicators – subtle changes that make your daily experience smoother and more motivating.

Integrating Recurly with Omnisend lets you bring subscription and billing events into your marketing workflows. Viral Loops integration with Omnisend connects your referral marketing campaigns to your email and SMS workflows by syncing participant data, such as new referrals, milestones reached, and rewards earned, into Omnisend. This enables automated messaging, audience segmentation, and workflow triggers based on referral activity, supporting a seamless referral-to-conversion experience within your marketing automation strategy.

ChargeBee is a robust subscription management and recurring billing platform designed to automate the full subscription lifecycle - from invoicing and trials to renewals and dunning. It streamlines revenue operations and helps businesses manage global compliance, flexible pricing, analytics, and more. Integrating ChargeBee with Omnisend enables marketers to use subscription events to power highly personalized email and SMS campaigns, improve retention, and automate messaging based on billing triggers.
