Email Builder

"Price from" Filter in Product Recommender

We have introduced a new option allowing you to control the minimum price of products recommended to your customers. You can now set a minimum “Price from” value directly within the Product Recommender block.


This addition gives you more control over which products appear in your recommendations, helping promote higher-value items that better reflect your brand positioning and boost conversion rates.


Forms

Manage Discounts in Wheel of Fortune Forms

Now your Wheel of Fortune forms have even more flexibility. You can now remove the discount block, giving you greater control over how and when you deliver discounts to new subscribers.

Instead of showing the discount directly on the form, you can choose to send it via an Email or SMS message in your Welcome Automation. This can help with:

  • Encouraging new subscribers to open your first email or SMS and setting a new habit for them.

  • Higher open rates from your first message help improve deliverability and inbox placement over time.


Deliverability

"Domain Already in Use" Troubleshooting

Troubleshooting the sender domain signature is now clearer and more actionable. Suppose you attempt to add a sender domain already connected to another Omnisend account or another service. In that case, you'll see clear in-app steps for troubleshooting this and authenticating your domain.

This improvement is part of our ongoing effort to make Omnisend more intuitive and help you resolve domain issues with confidence and ease. Our support team is still here 24/7 to guide you through any questions. 


Integrations

Triple Whale Integration

A new integration is now available with Triple Whale, a leading analytics and attribution platform for ecommerce brands.

Triple Whale brings together sales, ad spend, and customer journey data in one dashboard, helping you analyze ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), LTV (Lifetime Value), and cross-channel performance.

With the Omnisend integration, you can sync your campaign and automation performance metrics to Triple Whale for a unified, data-driven view across your entire marketing ecosystem.

This integration lets you:

  • See the full picture — view Omnisend campaign and automation results alongside data from paid ads, socials, and other channels.

  • Measure true impact — understand how email and SMS flows contribute to overall revenue, not just in isolation.

  • Optimize spend — identify the channels, audiences, and campaigns driving the highest ROAS and LTV.

  • Simplify reporting — unify key metrics such as Total Revenue, Campaign Revenue, Flow Revenue, CTR, Sent, Delivered, Clicks, Unsubscribes, and AOV in one view.

WooCommerce Plugin Upgrade

The Omnisend plugin for WooCommerce has been redesigned to simplify the connection process for your store. The new card-based layout, toggle switches, and improved navigation make it easier to manage your plugin settings and logs.

For multisite stores, the disconnection process has also been streamlined. Now you can reset the plugin connection with a single click. This update makes plugin management more intuitive and efficient.


UI Improvements

Partner Portal Uplift

Our Partner Portal layout has been refreshed to improve visual navigation and usability. The new layout helps you navigate, manage accounts, and complete tasks with ease.

  • Payouts Access: You can now access your PartnerStack account directly from the side menu with a single click.

  • Accounts List: The updated accounts list clearly displays all account statuses and includes a search bar to help you quickly locate any account.

  • Ownership Transfer: If an ownership transfer is pending, an in-app reminder will prompt you to complete the transfer on time.

Have you ever wondered how your billing tier is counted? With the new tooltips added to the Store settings Pricing plan, you can easily count your billable contacts, understand your billing tier, and get immediate answers to common billing questions.
