Add videos to your emails with the new Email Builder 🎥. To add a Video to your email, you first need to add a Layout, one column, for example, and then select Video from the Quick-add menu and add it to the layout. We will automatically convert it to the thumbnail and will even generate a GIF cover for YouTube videos.

Reorder products quickly in the product list. There's no longer a need to reselect items in a particular order and struggle with reapplying designs - just simply move products in the list to reorder them.

Reorder images and items within the layout. Drag&drop the item where you'd like to place it within the layout.

All your saved blocks in the classic Email Builder can now be found as Saved layouts in the new Email Builder.

Now you can copy & paste a set of rules within the segment and easily combine similar groups into one segment. This will ease the process of creating segments where you need to use the same rule but with different values.

Building segments helper. Now you will see a generated suggestion that goes with your chosen event. This helps to build better segments in a shorter time.

Start collecting more information with the dropdown and other fields. Now it's possible to collect any user data you want. Choose any field you wish to (dropdown, date, or input field) →map it to the custom property → name, and options the customer can choose from. This data will be added to the customer profile and can later be used for automations.

Brand new templates are ready for Back-to-school. They can be found under "Promote special offers."

Branded Forms are now available for two Popup templates: Email Capture and Welcome Discount. Head to your store settings to set up ‘Brand Assets.’ Then, click the ‘Forms’ tab and ‘Create Form.’ Under ‘Style,’ click the box for ‘Branded Forms’, and the newly branded, available templates will appear.
