Account settings
From the dropdown menu of your Omnisend account, you can now directly access our educational hub - Omnisend Academy. The content offered in the Academy is designed to assist you in maximizing your use of Omnisend. It is where you will find a wide variety of content, ranging from weekly tips to the fundamentals of how to use the platform.
New Email Builder
Preheader block is now available in New Email Builder. It includes a view-in browser link that allows your email recipients to view the web version of the email stored on our servers. Adding this link to your email message preheader may protect your newsletter recipients from any issues with displaying images or viewing HTML emails.
Translations are now available in the New Email Builder. Forms
New Form Builder is now available for the Email and Phone subscription collection popup. This form pops up on specific website pages based on your timing: after a particular amount of time on your site, after scrolling, on exit, etc. It allows you to collect customer emails, offer discounts, and start Welcome automation by collecting email opt-ins. Segmentation
"Exists filter" is now available in New Segmentation to help you build more sophisticated segments.
Copy and Paste logic in New Segmentation. Sometimes you can have a long list of tags, ZIP codes, custom properties, etc., that you'd like to base your segment on. For this sake, you can enter the value manually or copy and paste all the values you need into the field.
