Omnisend Product Reviews are finally here to help you highlight what your customers love about your products, giving potential buyers the confidence to make a purchase.
Keep in mind that this feature is currently only available for Shopify users.
This month, we've introduced more improvements to our Product Reviews feature, intended to enrich user engagement and trustworthiness.
Google Shopping for Omnisend Product Reviews
We have some fantastic news: Product Reviews are now integrated with Google Shopping! You can easily access this feature by heading to the Reviews tab within Store settings.
We've made managing your reviews and their presence across platforms simpler than ever. This new integration allows you to link your product ratings with Google Shopping directly. To set it up, navigate to the Store settings page, where you'll find the option to enable the sync and the necessary URL to complete the setup in the Google Merchant Center.
Once everything is set up, your product ratings will shine in your Google Shopping ads and free listings, giving your products greater visibility and trustworthiness among shoppers. We're thrilled to bring you this exciting update!

Images in Reviews
Your customers now can improve the reviews by adding up to 5 images, allowing them to share their experience with your products visually.
Please note that images should be in .jpg, .jpeg, or .png formats and not exceed 10 MB in size.
These added visuals will appear above the written review content in your online store. Customers can click on the images to expand them for a closer look at the full preview.

Import Product reviews from Judge.me and Loox
With our latest upgrade, transferring your existing JudgeMe and Loox reviews into Omnisend is now a breeze, thanks to our newly introduced import functionality. You can easily access this feature from the Import menu within the Reviews tab, making the process simple and hassle-free.
But wait, there's more! We're thrilled to announce that our platform supports the import of both reviews and their associated images from Judge.me and Loox. This means that not only will your reviews be transferred over, but any accompanying images will be seamlessly integrated, directly stored in our system, and displayed right next to the relevant reviews.
Forms
We've upgraded our platform with new JavaScript events to enable advanced form activity tracking for merchants.
This feature integrates easily with third-party analytics tools like Google Analytics, offering detailed insights into user interactions with forms.
Newly introduced events include:
view: Triggered when a form is viewed.interaction: Captures field interactions within forms.submit: Logs form submissions.close: Detects when a form is closed without submission.
For multi-step forms, we've added:
stepView: Tracks views of form steps.stepInteraction: Monitors interactions within specific form steps.stepSubmit: Records submissions of individual form steps.
This update provides you with precise data, allowing for refined analysis and optimization of user engagement and form performance.
Automation
Our recent update to the Automation SMS block for Shopify users introduces a new feature allowing the integration of discount coupons directly into SMS messages, enhancing the marketing capabilities significantly.
Key Features Include:
A user interface similar to the discount Item you use in the email builder.
Choice of discount type.
Specification of value type.
Discounts can be applied to entire orders, minimum order prices, or specific collections.
Adjustment of discount expiration settings.
This feature is designed to provide smoother shopping experiences for your customers and allows advanced strategies for SMS-exclusive automations.
Audience
Our new PushOwl Subscriber Import feature allows you to easily transfer push notification subscribers to Omnisend in just a few simple steps.
The process is quite straightforward:
Step 1. Ge your subscriber list and private key from PushOwl Support.
Step 2. Enter the private key and upload the list.
Step 3. Confirm the import.
